Between 1965 and 1975 they were sold in the department stores of Vroom & Dreesman (V&D).

These were made in Eastern Europe: Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.

 

I bought several, but not enough apparently, because more examples appear on boot fairs in different forms, colors and sizes. Left: big one is 29 cm, small one 10,5 cm.

This gives you an idea of the different sizes. The orange one is the smallest: 9,5 cm
